	Frame Adopts enhanced main board walland seamless steel pipe beam to make the whole frame instability and reduce vibration during fabric weaving with high running speed.At the sametime,do tempering process of large wall board,middle wall board and side cover to preventthe deformation.

	Shedding System Enlarge the dimension of shedding connecting rod and heald-lifting shaft(63mm*6mm),adoptwide-side(120mm)and high strength heald frame to ensure reliability and clear shedding forweaving medium fabric with high running speed.
	Filling Insertion System Imported nozzle,water pump,pump spring and one-way valve to enhance bundling of waterspray and make flexible insertion,which reduces bobbin marks,water consumption,wefttension and yarn breakage to ensure high quality and increase profit.
	Beating System Adopt crank connecting rod beating,the crank is machined with high frequency quenchingprocess,which is improved hardness and strength.f114mm*10mm seamless steel pipe-expanded diameter of rocking shaft;The multiple reed seat are forged to provide high strengthand long service life.Reed seat and sliding seat are made of stainless steel to enhance thebeating force in weaving high density and medium fabric.
	Let-off System Adopt semi-positive continuous let off,enlarged sensor of interlocking warp with current mostadvanced infinite variable speed transmission to adjust let off volume,the friction padpressure-adding device to prevent undulation,suitable for big tension of medium fabric andensure warp tension stability.

Technical specifications

1.Use reinforcing steel bar with diameter 10 for basis,making a grid with intervals of 150-200. Thickness of concrete shall be above 250mm.(to be determined by soil texture).

2.Gradient of drain 4/1000,the most shallow point above 75mm.

3.After positioning,fillconcrete mortar into the gap between foundation bolt and its hole.

4.Bearing surface shall be 3mm above foundation benchmark.
